Our Products
We offer effective low-cost brain training hardware, software, support and training materials at fair prices. We only sell products we ourselves use.
We neither manufacture nor have financial interest in any hardware or software. We test, evaluate and use each piece of equipment we offer, and we provide feedback to the manufacturers for whom we distribute. Our suggestions to you are based on your needs, not our commissions.

How to Order
You can order here online 24 hours a day. All credit cardnumbers are encrypted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption, the industry standard for information security. Orders are processed as soon as payment is received, so credit cards tend to speed up the process.

Cancellations, Refunds and Warranties
If you have paid by check, we will issue a refund check.
If you have paid by credit card, and cancel your order, we charge a fee to cover our credit card fees. If you will accept a refund check, this fee is 5%. If you want a credit card refund, the fee is 10%. These percentages represent our actual cost.
- There are no cancellation fees if the product is defective.
- There are no refunds for any product in the Software section once it has been shipped.
- Refund policies and warranties for other products vary with the manufacturer of each product and are detailed on each product description page.

Fast response email support (we aim to respond within 24 hours) is available for as long as you own any product you purchase from us. Our braintrainer list-serve gives you access to advice from many expert users of our products.
