• You don’t do assessments often enough to build solid experience; or
• You occasionally see cases for which you’d like a second opinion . . .

Now TLC offers a service as easy as ABCD (Assessment-Based Client Designs) especially for YOU.

How does it WORK?

You gather Subjective and Objective TLC Assessment data using BioExplorer or Infiniti (35-60 minutes). You fill out an information form telling us about the trainee and training objectives. You e-mail the Session files for the 5-6 site pairs you have assessed (the 5 standard pairs plus one optional of your choice), Subjective Assessment(s), and the information form to TLC.

Within 4 working days, TLC assessment specialists will artifact your data, complete the latest TLC Assessment file, develop a training plan of up to 6 protocols and e-mail it to you or fax it to you. You can add to and modify this service in several ways:

DESIGNS OPTION: You can request customized BioExplorer training designs for the protocols included in your plan. Each includes Design Notes to tell you how to use it.

SUPERVISION OPTION: You can order 4 hours of Training Supervision over the first 3 months after you get your training plans. This service is for those who want ongoing supervision while implementing their plans.

PLANS ONLY OPTION: If you are well practiced at gathering good EEG data, using the TLC artifacter, and calculating the assessment data, you can email the completed assessment rather than the session data, for a lower fee.

24 HOUR OPTION: You can schedule 24 hour turnaround.

What’s the COST?

For a standard assessment of 5-6 site pairs (includes artifacting, assessment and training plans) within 4 working days the cost is $175. Visit the order page for details and costs of all options.

What's the NEXT STEP?

Before you request plans and designs from us, you should have some experience gathering data for the TLC Assessment, or find someone in your area who can help out. The Assessment files and instructions for gathering the data can be downloaded here. Perform a couple of data gathering sessions, checking to be sure you have a good signal. Be sure you know where on your computer to find the BioExplorer Sessions folder that contains the data files (.bxs files) you will send us. Contact us with any questions.

When you are ready:

1. Fill out the Training Plan Request for the trainee. (The request comes with the Assessment files you downloaded.) Take particular care with the Performance Objectives. The more specific and less general they are, the better we will be able to focus on your best training options.

2. Have the trainee fill out the Subjective Assessment that comes with the Assessment files you downloaded.

3. Have one or more significant people in the trainee’s support system fill out the Subjective Assessment, answering the questions about the trainee.

4. Gather the Assessment data. You will have 5 or 6 sets of 3 minutes of data, one minute each of Eyes Closed, Eyes Open, and Task data. Do all 5 standard site pairs and select one additional optional pair if you wish.

5. Order your training plans and designs.
