QDS ElectroCap

The QDS ElectroCap consists of a headband with 10 openings for electrodes, 3 cross straps with 3 openings each, a chin strap and a body harness that can be attached to the chin strap to hold the cap securely against the head.

The headband stretches to fit a range of head sizes. There are three sizes of ElectroCap. The Large fits heads 57-59 cm in circumference. The Medium fits heads 54-57 cm. The Small fits heads 51-53 cm.

The ElectroCap is used with conventional cup electrodes (not included). QDS recommends and we sell solid silver molded electrodes.

A plastic ring is inserted into an opening in the headband or cross strap. The electrode, wrapped in saline soaked felt, is inserted into the ring. The electrodes rest perpendicular to the scalp. (Rings and felts are purchased separately.) Ear clips are attached with 10/20 paste.
