ABCD Plan and Protocol Service

In addition to the ABCD service, we also offer a 4 hour Training Supervision option, if you want ongoing help implementing your training plan.

Instructions for gathering the information you need to send us, as well as an overview of who can benefit from the ABCD Plan and Protocol service are available here.

1. Select one of the four ABCD Plan Options below (#s 1,2,4,5) and place your order.

2. If desired, return here and select the additional options of Training Supervision (#3) and 24 hour turn-around (#6).

3. Then email us including as attachments:
     a. The Training Plan Request
     b. The Subjective Assessments for the trainee and members of the support system
     c. The session data (.bxs files)for 5-6 site pairs, or for Options 4 & 5 the Excel Assessment file

ABCD PLAN OPTIONS

1. Standard ABCD service. We will review your data to be sure it is a good recording. If not, we will email you back with suggestions for improvement. Once we have a good recording from you, we will artifact the data, removing segments that are likely false readings due to muscle movements, etc. We will then import the data into the TLC Assessment spreadsheet, perform and analyze the assessment, and develop training plans for all the significant training issues we see, up to 6 training plans. We will email or fax to you the Assessment and the training plans within 4 working days. Your price: $175.

2. Standard ABCD service with BioExplorer Designs. For those using BioExplorer, you can also request a BE Design, including Design Notes, for each training plan suggested. Your price: $240.

3. Training Supervision. An option you can add to the ABCD service you have chosen. Up to 4 hours during the first 3 months to help with any or all of the following: producing an assessment, reviewing the training plan, testing the training plan, adjusting protocols, choosing the best protocol, changing protocols, designing your training sessions or any other issues of interest to the client. These are handled via e-mail, phone contact and/or online screen-sharing as appropriate. Like having an experienced trainer looking over your shoulder during the crucial implementation period for your plan. Your TLC supervisor will make the calls to you and TLC handles purchase of the screen-sharing software.

After you have ordered this option, email us about the best ways and times to reach you. We will contact you. Your price: $375.

4. Plan-Only ABCD service. This option is ONLY for people who are highly experienced at getting a good EEG signal, using the TLC artifacter to artifact the data, loading the data into the Assessment, and processing the data. In this case you can send us the completed Assessment itself (an Excel file).

The results you get from us will only be as good as the information you send us. If the data is faulty, we may not be able to tell from looking only at the Assessment. We strongly suggest, at least the first time you use the service, that you select the Standard service above. Process the data into the assessment in parallel with us, and see how close the results are before deciding you can provide the completed assessment yourself. With the Plan-Only service, we will develop up to 6 training plans for you and email or fax the plans within 4 working days. Your price: $95.

5. Plan-Only ABCD service with BioExplorer Designs. Your price: $160.

6. 24 hour turn-around added to your ABCD service. Your price: $140.

REFUND POLICY

Once the plans are in your hands, we have no control over how accurately you place the electrodes and assign them to appropriate channels in the amplifier, we can't change the targets if they are left too hard or too easy, we can't motivate resistant clients or deal with battles between trainer and client. Those, and many other complications, can affect the success of the training. We also can't be there to observe the results of training.

For these reasons, we do not offer refunds for the ABCD Plan Options or Additional Services.

Our Plans are produced by experienced trainers who are also very skilled with the assessment tool. It's highly likely that one or more of these will produce a result if you work with them properly and stay with the ones that work.
