ActivEEG Electrodes

ActivEEG electrode leads contain a circuit board within the electrode at the scalp site, as well as actively shielded cables. Impedance is detected at the site and removed. The leads attach to the scalp with disposable snap electrodes (purchased separately). The back of the electrode has velcro, for attaching to a headband or placement device.

The box contains the power supply for the circuit boards (uses one 9 volt battery, included). These leads can be used with any device that accepts DIN connectors. That includes all the devices TLC sells and devices from Thought Technology (a jumper must be used with Thought Technology devices that require two ground leads).

Each lead plugs into the power supply box and has two ends. The short end, 10", ends in the DIN connector that plugs into your EEG device. The long end, 27", ends in the electrode head that accepts the snap-in disposable electrodes.
